Genuine Grape is owned and operated by SG Wine Club Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (“SG Wine Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SG Wine Club.

Genuine Grape helps users discover, search for, understand, save, and discuss wine. Features may include search results, wine information, product or merchant links, price or availability information, image and menu scanning, notes, collections, and AI-assisted responses. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

• You must be old enough to lawfully view and use alcohol-related services where you live.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity undertaken through your account and must promptly tell us about unauthorised use.
• You may not create an account for another person without their permission or transfer your account without our consent.

Wine information, search results, merchant listings, prices, stock, ratings, pairing suggestions, and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are provided for general informational purposes only and are not professional, medical, dietary, legal, financial, or purchasing advice. You are responsible for checking the relevant bottle, vintage, label, ingredients, allergens, merchant terms, price, availability, and suitability before making a decision or purchase.

Genuine Grape may link to or display information from merchants, retailers, producers, websites, and other third parties. They are independent of us. Any sale, delivery, return, payment, promotion, or other transaction is solely between you and that third party and is governed by its terms. We do not endorse, control, guarantee, or accept responsibility for third-party content, products, services, availability, or conduct.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including photos, scans, notes, messages, and collections. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it does not violate law or anyone else's rights. Do not upload confidential information or content you do not want processed by the service.

• Use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that harms users, merchants, or us.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, or privacy-violating content.
• Interfere with security, probe or scrape the service without permission, or bypass access controls.
• Use automated means to access the service except through authorised interfaces.
• Copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or exploit the service except where law does not permit us to restrict that activity.

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service, its content, or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or where required by law.

The service and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. No other rights are granted to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. SG Wine Club does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, suitability, availability, or safety of the service or any third-party information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG Wine Club and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of S$100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and forms part of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
